FTP Log file reporting incorrect time...

We have a Windows 2000 server on which we have started to host a read only
FTP site.

From now and then I check the log files to see who has been downloading
what.

I have noticed that the time being reported in the log files are exactly 5
hours behind. (We are EST). The server time is accurate.

Where do I set the time that the FTP service is using to log the time?

Is the time zone for your computer the same zone that it is physically
located in? It could be that the system time is set right, but is set for
GMT (which is 5 hours off of EST)
