FTP failure

I'm new to FTP and am having no success connecting
my "local" win2000 desktop with the "remote"(AS400) server
for file transfer-at the bottom left of the "local
system/remote site" window, I get the following
error: 'Can't get "s104f3cm" host entry-connection failed
s104f3cm'. Can anyone tell me how to make the
connection? Thanks so much!

That's a Client Access issue, best answered by your AS/400 (iSeries)
admin or IBM. It's not a W2K feature.

You can use the command line FTP in W2K to test this if you know the
AS/400 FTP login information.
