FRS messing up excel files

SP4 should have fixed the problem (note SP4 is equivalent to Q815473 with
respect to FRS on W2K). You need to verify all replica member machines are
patched with SP4. If you have only a subset of the machines patched, then
you will likely still experience the Excel file renaming issue.

Also, if you have any machines running WS2K3, these must be patched to
Q823230.

I do have a w2k3 replica member. How do I get the hotfix described in
Q823230?

To obtain either Q823230 or Q815473, you need to call MS support. You will
not be charged for getting these patches.
