Frontpage loading problems on XP

I recently bought a new computer and was trying to get my Microsoft Frontpage
loaded. I have had Frontpage for a long time (since Frontpage 97) and have
always bought the upgrades. So I put in Frontpage 97 and Frontpage 98, but
when I went up upgrade to Frontpage 2000, it would let me. Part way through
the installation it says:

Error 1933

The Window installer service cannot update one or more protected windows files.

Then it uninstalls. Any suggestions how to get this to work? Thanks!

Remove all versions, then install FP2000, when prompted for a qualifying
product replace the CD with your FP98 CD.
