FrontPage Form

I have a form created in frontpage that sends the results to my email. Is
there a way to have only the items that were chosen in the form sent to my
email instead of everything on the form.

Not possible when using the FP form handler. You will have to custom write a form handler in what
ever server-side script language is supported by your web host.
