FrontPage form email results

I have a client whose FrontPage form is set to send the
results to her e-mail address in HTML format. The form
has quite a few form fields on it and the web page and
form seem to proper HTML tags, etc.
The problem is not all of the form fields labels and
contents get sent with the e-mail to the client.
Has anyone ever heard of this problem and can provide us
with a resoltion?

Use the default text format as the FP Form Handler doesn't handle sending
HTML (well).

Also, make sure that all the fields are being looked for.
In the Form Properties box go to Options then Saved
Fields tab - make sure all the fields you want are listed
there.
