Frontpage 2003 Trial convert

I purchased Frontpage 2003 so I could update my church website and help my
boss by working at home some. I have Office 2003 and several other products
2003 that I've used too. When I loaded the software for Frontpage 2003 it
asked for the product key which I entered. Then it said I had a trial
version.when I tried to activate or convert to the full product it asked for
the Product Key, which I entered. it wouldn't accept it. So I did some
research and found that I had to use the full Office product key..tried
that..didn't work. So now I can't use this software (and can't work at home)
unless someone can help me figure out how to get this to work. I've
uninstalled, and reinstalled. I've deleted the registry key things according
to the instructions etc. Nothing works. HELP!

1) You do not use the full Office product key. You use the key you
specfically purchased for FrontPage. They are unrelated.

2) Where did you purchase FrontPage 2003 and from where did you get the
product key?

Ebay ....(with a money back guarantee) But I tested it in Microsoft and it
says it is the real thing. I tried the key that came with it and it works to
load the program but not to convert out of the trial...

Where did you download the trial of FP2003 and when? (It hasn't been
available for some time)

Uninstall the trial and install from the cds you purchased.

I used the CD to begin with. Did not download anything. I just got it the
other day. I know it hasn't been sold in stores for awhile...thus the
purchase on ebay...
BUt when I look under the Help tab, then About Frontpage...it says
Microsoft@OfficeFrontpage@2003 Trial (IP Address)SP3.

It appears you have been taken, and that you purchased a trial with a trial
key.

I have the exact same problem and I am trying to figure out what to do. We
purchased our software from a internet website that seems to be on the up and
up, but we aren't getting anywhere yet. Did you ever have any luck?

Make sure you're entering the correct Product Key for the right product!
The Office Product key won't work for Frontpage, and vice versa.

Secondly make sure you're entering the right number - the product key is the
number on the yellow sticker, which should be on the paper envelope the disk
came in, or on the plastic CD case, or with the documentation for that
software package.

Also make sure you're not confusing similar looking characters (caused by
the font the number is printed in - could cause confusion) e.g.

B and 8, number 1 and lowercase 'l' (this is probably the most common
error).

There are others, but the above are the most obvious look-alike characters.
