FrontPage 2003 Insert Code

In fp2003, MS added a couple of handy toolbar icons like the one that
inserts a begin/end tag and also begin/end comment tags, is there any
add-ins or a way to create custom ones to insert certain tags when clicked?

Also, are there any code sniplet add-ins that i could save reusable code
from inside FP and access via the toolbar?

They would be called Macros.
FrontPage Toolbar > Tools > Macro > Macro and then create and save your Macros
