FrontPage 2003 deactivation

I have reached the limit for activation of FrontPage 2003. How can I remove
it from an old computer (deactivate it) so that it can be installed and
activated on a new computer?

Just uninstall it. Install it on the new computer. You may have to use the
telephone activation method when you get started.
