Front Page - Photo Gallery will not scroll through pics

I have created several photo galleries and when I am in preview mode or after
I upload to the server, I can only view the photos displayed in the shown
thumbnails. The arrow to scroll to the rigth is there and is colored but
when I click on it, I can't scroll through the additional pics in the
gallery. I don't understand why this is.
