Hi,
In the TomTom navigator sample TestTTN and in the "Navi" when I click on GetCurrentPosition command button from where does the latitude, longitude, direction and speed data come thru TomTom Navigator. Does it come from some files like .gf, .gfs etc. or does it come from a text file, image file etc...If it comes from a file then what is the relative path and how it picks up.

Please note that I don't have the GPS device attached to the Pocket PC so no communication with satellites but still the data is displayed. so from where does it come ??

Please help me.

Thanks in advance!
Anil

TomToms location will either be live satellite data or if that is not
available it will often return the last known position, although it will
return a status of not receiving. Also if you have no GPS attached to the
unit and you initiate a demonstrate route within TomTom then it will return
the demonstration location/speed etc. If you demonstrate while a gps device
is attached this will take priority over the demonstration data.
