Hello

The from field has the actual e-mail address when it first arrives. I want
the display name to be shown, instead of the e-mail address before hand

How can I accomplish this?

No i do not.
How can i do this for each sender? Is there any other way to enable
automatic recognizing?

Really? I'm under the impression that Outlook will display whatever the
sender includes as the display name, even if that sender is also a contact.
 
Amended...after a little further review it looks like if they have a
Display Name configured it will show that instead of what you type.
Some senders don't have a display name configured and for those senders
I believe the name you have in Contacts will display.
