From: button has appeared when sending email

We are using Exchange 2003 server standard edition with Outlok 2003 clients.

One of our users has compalined that whenever she sends a new message, there
is a new button "From" as though she is enabled to use the "Send As"
function. If she selects herself using this button from the Global Address
List, she can send the message. If she attempts to select someone else for
the "From:" field, she gets the message that she does not have permission to
send on behalf of that person.

She was using Office XP standard when this first occurred, and uninstalling
Outlook and installing the new Outlook 2003 doesn't make the feature go away.

She stated that someone was helping her with a problem on day, going
throuigh all the menues, and it occurred after that "assistance" was profered.

Where can I disable this at?

View-> From field when using Outlook as the Editor
Little down arrow on the Options button with Word as the e-mail editor

The From field should only be used when you are a delegate for a mailbox and
want to Send On Behalf Of or Send As (depending on your permissions.
