Fresh XP install now restarts unexpectedly

I have just installed XP (Home) "fresh" on my computer and now something (?)
is causing it to unexpectedly restart/reboot!
I know it is not a heat issue since this only occurs when FIRST turning on
the computer!

This restarting or rebooting occurs sometimes 5 min or so after I have
initially reached the desktop and other times will occur during the initial
starup itself.
After the computer restarts and I am at the desktop yet again, everything
appears to be OK with NO further restarting.

I have looked at MSCONFIG/STARTUP and have eliminated any unnecessary
startups (after verifying them)

I dont think it is a Power Supply issue either since I have an Antec 350W
P.S. and haven`t had any problems previously, and all I have done is
re-installed XP !!!

Can anyone here shed some light on this for me?

You need to perform some troubleshooting for this problem.

Recommendations:

Check the Event Viewer for possible information. Go to start/Run and type
eventvwr.msc and press OK. Click the 3 menu items on the left and look for
any "X" error messages. Double click the error entry to see the details. If
you find an error that is coincidng with the behavior, click the Copy Icon
on the details dialog screen and paste the error details in a reply to this
message.

Go to Start/Run and type msinfo32 and press OK. Click Components/Problem
Devices to check for possible hardware problems.
