for me: gaming is a huge plus. microsoft own the gaming-OS platform.
that said, MS also own the one-click-install type procedures. i HATE
installing drivers on linux becuase 1) it's not as easy (idiot proof) as
windows, 2) usually involves recompiling the kernel, which to be fair, i
havent any knowledge and does scare me to play with anything kernel-based.
