Freeware web design program needed

new to web desing. Just looking to build a site for my online radio station

AceHTML is not WYSIWYG though.. (what you see is what you get).

In other words its more code oriented.

For someone who is starting out NVU is better, but you can use both at the
same time.... having 2 tools is better than one.

Can you say that 100%...a friend of mine is using it...no different than
FirstPage 2000 insofar as its use as Freeware.
They haven't asked for money. Registering it and paying for it only brings
additional features that many people don't need or wouldn't use if all they
are doing is a basic web site like the OP was about.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Visual Web Developer Express. This free web
development tool from Microsoft is both FREE and from Microsoft.
