Freeware Videophone?

I'm looking for a freeware videophone application that talks direct
from IP to IP address on the Internet. I'm wanting to get away from
the many servers and the problems associated with that.

Anyone know of such a beast? Is there one in shareware or commercial
software?

downloadable for older OS,
or built in to XP if you go to
Start>Run and type Conf then press enter..
