NetTransport can download rm or ram streams. I think it's licensed as
shareware not freeware, but will function with reduced features without
registering, and does not have any time limit .

I also had to download Free Download Manager and start using it! It took 3 tries to
get the NetTransport file to completely download.

Just a followon: Free Download Manager is history for me. It persisted in trying to
add IE Helper entries according to WinPatrol, a bad actor.
