Freeware Bookmark/Favorites routine

I love the way IE handles Favorites; but I really don't like the browser
that much. Netscape/Mozilla/Firebird/Firefox ad infitinum have a different
way and I always get confused as to where 'Personal Toolbar Folder' should
be and end up with two which confuses me and probably the browser too. ;)

I once used one awhile back (When I was on W98, I'm XP-Home now) but it
wasn't that stable and ended up discarding it.

For my purposes I use several browsers as they each have their good points,
so it is kind of important that I can launch from one place.

Any suggestions. Thanks.

I am very happy with Avant. It's a shell for IE so it uses your existing
Favorites:

Y'know I guess I didn't make myself too clear. I'm looking for a program
which can launch a url using a particular browser, or even 1 browser just as
long as it's independent from the browser.
