Free/Busy Write and Read errors - Outlook 2003

Co-worker is running Windows ME with Outlook 2003 SP2. We use FTP to
publish/view free/busy information - but she cannot view anyones information
or write her own - she gets the standard "cannot write to..." error. The
FTP information is correct and works for others. Windows firewall is turned
off, as is the McAfee firewall (free version from comcast).

I'm at a loss as to how to help her - any suggestions?

Is she the only one still on WinME at your company?
If so, I'd suggest to get her another pc with 2000 or xp for starters....
