Free access to a share?

Hi,

I wanna share some folders and all users from the workgroup to have access
to them.
I tried with Guest account as I read somewhere, but it doesnt work.

Please tell me step-by-step what to do.

P.S.: The shared folders are accessible only if I set password and then the
user must enter it,
but that's not the point!

Im with XP pro.
