Does anyone here know of a template to print to the telephone and address
pages for a franklin planner?

Do you have MS Outlook? In Outlook 2003 (not sure about earlier versions),
display the Contacts folder, and choose File - Print - Page Setup - Paper
tab, and set Size to either of the two Franklin Day Planner options (Monarch
or Classic).
