Franklin Covey tools

Outlook 2007 has the Franklin Covey tools - Compass, Weekly planning etc
listed on the Tasks window but I cant access them. I have Outlook 2007 but
not BCM - is that my problem or do I need to buy Plan Plus? If I have to buy
BCM - can you do that without having to buy Outlook again?

AFAIK this isn't supplied with Outlook or Outlook with BCM. YOU cna check in
the Outlook BCM group.
Did you have a trial installed of Franklin installed?
