framework service pack 3

I just recently finished getting my windows 2000 crtitcal updates, now I
can't install the framework service pack 3, due to a missing installer
component. Anybody know what the fix is?

There are quite a few issues while installing SP 3 for .NET Framework 1.0.

Thanks. I figured the problem out to be an unhandled exception in a service.
