Does the framework function well running in a old Windows NT environment?

I have a client that I need to make a windows application for and they still
run Windows NT. The application will be a basic form that sends a email.

You can install the .NET framework on Windows NT 4.0, however it requires that SP 6a to be installed. You can find this information at: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...E3-F589-4842-8157-034D1E7CF3A3&displaylang=en
