Frames

How can I add a second frame to a page? I'm trying to set up a default
hyperlink for a navigation page. This is a class project for word 2003, but
I want to do it in 2007. 2003 has frames located under view/toolbars.

The commands for framesets are not on the ribbon. You can add them to the
Quick Access Toolbar, though: Click the Office button, and then click Word
Options. Click the Customize category. Locate the New Frame Right, New Frame
Left, New Frame Above, New Frame Below, and New Frames Page commands and add
them to the QAT.
