When trying to view a webpage, the dreaded red X is in place of every image
link. When I view the source code, I am given the following: This page uses
frames, but your browser doesn't support them. (among the code). I am using
IE6 and keep it automatically updated. I even ran the update again to make
sure. I do not have this problem with other sites. Others are able to
access the page (both on our network and off)...please help!

If you need View Source of a frame you need to get focus on the frame
and then use View Source in its menu. E.g. safest to use F6 and Menu key
but you can usually get the same effect by right-clicking somewhere safe
in the frame and using that menu's View Source. Just using the usual Alt-V,c
on a page which is implemented using frames just gives you the source
of the frameset (which is what you are seeing.)

If you still need help diagnosing your problem please post
a sample link to aid further discussion.
