Frames working in frontpage and in windows explorer but not online

Please help... I'm pretty much a novice here. I have managed to suss out
using frames whilst working in frontpage and when I check the site in windows
explorer it works fine.
Then I uploaded it to the web and the frames don't work on my PC or laptop.
Instead the destination frame just openes as a whole new page.

However, when I spoke to my friend for help, it worked okay on his so he
didn't know how to help. He suggested it may be a browser compatibility thing
and I'm stuck.

Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved. URL:- www.1a-aerials.com

It appears to work fine. Which links are causing you problems? The
navigation links work fine, but links such as the ones to outside sites are
all programmed to open in a new browser window because they are set with a
target of _blank (which means new window). This is one of a lot of problems
that frames have, including an inability for search engines to play nice
with them.

Mark, thanks for responding.
No the links opening another browser are intentional as I would prefer
people keep my site open to refer to. It's my pages that are the problem on
my machine. From the main page www.1a-aerials.com if I click on one of the
internal link buttons, instead of opening the link as a frame within that
main page layout, it just opens a new page within that browser just showing
the single frame and the header - footer - contents panel all dissapear. It's
the same with every one of my pages.
If I open it in Windows explorer it's fine and apparently on other peoples
PC's

I'm not sure which setting could do that. You may want to look in IE for a
setting regarding re-using open windows. If I remember correctly, I had run
across some odd behaviors once after tweaking some of the linkage settings
but for the life of me I can't remember where. Your HTML code is good and
checks out though, so that's not the problem at least :)

Yeah the HTML is all frontpage's. I haven't got a clue about that stuff. I
use all the frontpage tools and steer clear of code.

Anyone who sees the problem on their browser, please let me know if you have
any suggestions.

They all open in the frame for me in IE 7
But that's one of the disadvantages or frames (especially w/ the new tabbed browsers)
- you can't control where it will open if the user sets his browser to always open in a new tab
IMHO
- for a site as simple as yours there is No justification for using frames at all
