Frames Problem - Frontpage 2003

I have a web page with a frame on the left , top and one on the right. I have
links in the left frame and I want the pages to open on the right. The
problem I am having is that when I click on the links they tend to open in
the same frame. How can I force links to be opened in the right frame? Is
there a way to give it a name ? In the Target Frame dialog box the Common
Targets are listed. These are Page Default (none), Same Frame, Whole Page,
New Window, Parent Frame. I've tried them all but I cannot make it appear in
the right frame. Is there a way to prevent a frame from displaying pages?
