Frames/inserts won't open

On some sites, instead of getting an appropriate insert, I get the little
square with the red square, green circle, blue triangle. In many cases I
know there is a legitimate insert there.

How can I get these inserts to open.

Try the following information and see if it helps.

I can't see JPG's or GIFS any more - red x - images missing - fuzzy
images/distorted images

Try clearing the IE cache.
