"Frame lost when buffer exceeded"

L

Luca

Hullo,
I am using Microsoft Network Monitor to analize network traffic and I notice
that there are several frame "lost when buffer exceeded";
what does it mean exactly ?! my network performance are compromised ?!
Thanks you.

That simply means that the network monitor's buffer was too full, so it did
not capture some packets. There's no risk to your network, and there's
nothing wrong with seeing that message.
