Frame Hyperlink Problem

Using the "Banner and Contents" template, when I hyperlink from a textbox
(in Contents) to a .htm file with the target frame "main", the new .htm
opens in both, the main AND contents frames. Please help!

Check your code for a target tag in the links or a base target tag not set to "main"
