FP2003 causes Internet Explorer Script Error?

I'm trying to use the "open browser window" in the "Behaviors" task pane. All
seems fine, but when I try it out in preview mode, I get an "Internet
Explorer Script Error" message. (Internet Explorer isn't necessarily open
when I get this message).

The message further says, "Error: Access is denied", "Code: 0", and "URL:
......\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\FrontPageTempDir\pvw3.htm",
(although the pvwnumber seems to change every time that I test the link and
get the error message). Any suggestions.

You need to preview in browser. Preview Mode is not a proper browser.
