FP Extentions removal

I read in a message board somewhere that a person could
creat a website with FP2002 then remove some of the html
code so that the site could be uploaded to a server that
does not have FP extentions.
Can anyone help me out with this or point in the right
direction?

You don't have to remove anything, just don't use any features that require the
extensions, such as hit counters and submission forms, discussion webs etc.
Then publish using ftp://yourweb.com instead of http://yourweb.com
