FP Crashes When I try to Open a File

Someone please help!

When I try to open a file (webpage) with my FP 2000 the sw crashes.

It seems like I had this problem a couple years ago and I found the solution at a troubleshooting site but I can't remember what the fix was.

Seems like there were several things that I had to do such as: finding and deleting all FP temp files, windows temp files, all .web
files and cmdui.prf files. But I'm not sure exactly what the steps were or if all of the above files had to be deleted.

I do not know how to find the temporary FP files or windows temp files,,etc...

Does anyone know what steps I need to take to get my frontpage working again.
