FP 2003 Form issues

When I fill-in a form on http://www.northcoastcomputers.net/esignup.htm or
contact-us.htm pages I keep getting asked for a username and password - to
"Send" the email Forms? What's with that?

I have uninstalled and re-installed FPSE and also deleted and republished
the pages - and still the same...

There were some DNS, Forwarding, NameChange bumps setting up the Website
itself but, is this an easy issue to resolve?

I have also wiped out .htaccess files too but randomly and to no avail....

Keith,
I received no request for a username and password. However, you now have an
invalid e-mail address in your input. I entered george (at) george (dot) com
Did you find a fix over night?

Keith and Rob, thanks a whole bunch for checking - I appreciate your time.
Weirdly enough the issue decided to fix itself. I have no explanation as to
why.
I fired off the first "request for help" email right after I did a final
republish of the 2 errant form pages mentioned above/below.
when I tested I was getting asked for the username/password - so I fired off
the email.
Now, it all seems to work - weird.?

probably not so much a mystery...your host probably fixed permissions on the
private folder.
