FP 2002 lost disc? Now what?

R

RW

I have FrontPage installed on my old laptop and desktop computers and was
going to install it on my new desktop PC but I can't locate the disc.

I doubt if I can find a new, unused copy of FP2002 anyplace so it looks like
I'll have to start fresh. What is the current version of FrontPage?

If it matters, I have MS Office installed on my new PC.

The current (and last) version of FP is FP 2003. You might find a copy on
Amazon.

Fp2003 is the most recent, but that may not be available in stores either
as was also replaced by Expression Web Designer December 2006/January
2007 - EW is not a new version of Frontpage renamed, it is a radically
changed and improvement product, to cater to professional designers as well
as hobbyists. EW has a steeper learning curve and uses some of the more
recent server technologies such as .Net 2.0

No it doesn't matter one way or the other if you have Office installed as
Frontpage is not a part of the Office suite.

You might find a copy of FP2002 on Ebay or similar if you're so inclined to
purchase from an "Unknown" source.
