forwarding text and attachments in outlook 2003

When I forward a message in Outlook 2003, I want both the text and the
attachment of the message to be forwarded. How do I set this up? Looks to me
like the options are mutually exclusive. When I select "Attach original
message" I get just the attachment, no text; when I select "Include original
message text" I just get the text, no attachment.
I didn't have this problem in Outlook 97.

I've never had an issue with forwards and I'm using the "Include original
message text". It forwards both the text & attachments. Are you seeing the
attachments in the attachment line/area when forwarding?
