Forwarding an individual email as an attachment

I have the need, once every few days, to forward an email to a specific
location, as an attachment.

I do not have Outlook forwarding setup this way. Is there a way I can
create a script or macro,
to forward the current email as an attachment, and assign it to a button in
the toolbar?

What I used to do was,
1) Create a new message
2) Insert item
3) Browse to message to be attached
4) Make sure "send as attachment" and not "inline" was ticked (not sure
of the correct wording now ... it's been a long time since I used Outlook.
5) Click send.
