How do I set an Exchange Server up to foward my company
email to my home pop3 email address?

Use Wizard Rules for this. Contact your admin first to verify that automatic
forwarding to the Internet is enabled

How do I set an Exchange Server up to foward my company

If your Exchange admin hasn't enabled autoforward to the Internet, you can't
do this with a rule. See whether they will set up a mail-enabled
contact/custom recipient for your POP account and set up delivery options to
send a copy of all inbound mail to the contact/CR.

Or probably better still, use OWA if you have it open.
