Forms permission

I'm hoping this is a 'performance' question. No one at vista.general
knew the answer.
Vista Home Premium 32

Have a problem with my Outlook Forms. Can't open/edit custom forms.
Someone on the Outlook ng said I probably have Forms Permission turned
off in Vista. How do I turn it back on?

It depends on who created the custom forms. If it was another user, you have
to either have them remove the permissions block, or add you to the list.
Once they are set, you can log in normally and work on them.

Well this is a home PC and (I think) I am always logged on as Administrator.
How can I confirm I am Administrator?
If I am, how do I access the forms?

Open User Accounts in Control Panel and check your name. It should show you
as Administrator.

What version Outlook are you using? It's been a while since I've done any
forms, so bear with me.

Check this out:

Look at Method 2:

Where to publish a form (they have to be published first before they can be
used):

A lot more can be found here:

Put in "forms permissions" and pick Outlook from the drop-down menu.

There are numerous Outlook newsgroups under Microsoft.public that may have
more help. Sorry I couldn't be more help but, like I said, it's been a long
time since I created or edited forms.
