Forms no longer validating

Recently our vendor had to uninstall/re-install frontpage server exentions.
Since doing that our frontpage forms are no longer validating and giving us
the java pop-up windows but sending us to a form validation error page. I
noticed that frontpage had stripped out the onsubmit command and the name
command. I have added these back in but our form will still not function as
it did before. One of our forms also totals using some java. Again, worked
before the re-install. Not it tells me that the form is not defined.

form is at
http://www.aamft.org/resources/conferences/Institutes/Instituteregform.htm

Appreciate some help getting these working again. I really think something
is different on the server side but don't know what to fix. Our vendor does
not either at this point.

Thanks

You need to republish the site from a local copy or you will need to open the form on the remote
server and reset the validation or redo

We do not have a local copy all is on our vendor's server. How do you reset
the validation and/or what do you mean by redo. I did try a new form to test
and was having the same problem. Not validating.

thanks

What kind of server and can you provide a URL to the form in question?

Thanks. It turns out it was a setting on the vendor server that was causing
the problem.
