Forms Issue & No single item Right Click context menu in message

I'm using Outlook 2003 and noticed I can no longer Right Click for a menu on
a single message in my Inbox. If I select two messages, a menu pops up, but
not when a single item is selected.

I see some others have encountered the same issue after they have installed
Google Desktop Add-in to Outlook; but that is not my problem since I never
installed that Add-In.

Thinking one an Add-Ins my be the problem, I therefore de-selected all of my
Add-Ins in the Add-In Manager and COMM Add-In ...still the problem.

Since that was not the problem, I thought it must have something to do with
the forms. When I checked my forms I discovered there are no forms in the
Standard Forms Library.

How do I restore the form in my Standard Forms Library??

I'm thinking that must be the cause of no right click context menu.

I found a solution from an old posting by Sue Mosher: ...an agressive forms
cache cleaning: Make a backup of both Forms folder (\Documents and Settings\
\ Application Data\Microsoft\Forms and \Documents and Settings\ \Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Forms) and then delete them. Restart
Outlook.

This solved the Right Click issue and restored my Standard Forms Library
contents.

Thanks Sue.
