Forms disappeared

All my forms are gone when I launched the DB and there's an error message as
follows:

[The form name "Switchboard" is misspelled or refers to a form that doesn't
exits.
If the invalid form name is a macro, an Action Failed dialog box will
display the macro name and the macro arguments after you click OK. Open the
Macro window, and enter the correct form name.]

I don't know what's wrong with it. Do I have to recreate all my forms ?

That might tend to confirm that something is indeed wrong with your
database, affecting your forms.

At worst, you should only have to re-create any changes since your last
backup. You do make frequent backups, don't you? I backup frequently when I
am in development mode, so that in case of a "catastrophe" (loss of all
forms from an application would qualify, in my view), I will only have to
repeat an hour or two of work.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful, but "sudden disappearance of all forms
from the application" is not a "known bug" with a quick-fiix available.

Luckily, I have a backup of forms although I need to do some modifications to
them.

Thanks for your help anyway.
