Formatting when opening email documents

I am trying to find a way to have word open email attachments (word
documents) in a specific magnification and page layout. Can this be done
and, if yes, how? Thanks.

It is never a good idea to open Word documents directly from e-mail. Copy to
the hard drive first.
You can force Word to open all documents at a specific magnification using
an AutoOpen macro, and depending what you mean by 'page layout', you can set
other conditions in the same macro. See
