Formatting Memo Fields

Is it possible to include paragraphs in a memo field that
will "stick" once the contents are displayed on a website?

I have an Access mdb linked to my .asp site; the memo
field paragraphs are there when I enter and edit data on
my PC or via the mdb online editing tool, they display
correctly on an access report, but the memo field displays
as one paragraph on the site itself.

N.B. This 2nd option of this tweak needs a minor tweak;
change "<br/")% to
"<br/>")%
