Formatting lost on refresh

Hi All,

How can I prevent my pivot table rtain its formating and
colouring on refresh. It seems that everytime I refresh
with NeW DATA I loose the formating.

You cannot. Although some formatting is possible, it is generally
waste of time trying to format pivot tables. I have found the bes
method is to link the pivot table to another formatted sheet, perhap
using =VLOOKUP().

I hope later versions of Excel do not enable this, at the moment the
work extremely fast. Added features slow things down tremendously
