Formatting Issues Making PDF of PowerPoint Notes View

Jim

Often times when we make a PDF of the Notes view in PowerPoint, the PDF has
different line breaks than the actual PowerPoint file. So, if a soft return
was used to move something to the next line, sometimes that return appears in
the middle of a paragraph and creates a large amount of blank space in a
paragraph. Thanks for any insight.

As an option, you may want to take a look at
Export the notes text of a presentation
http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00481.htm

This take your notes, and puts them into NOTEPAD, which you can then send to
your PDF printer
