Format of Runtime Parameters

The author of this app says 'wsize.exe is a program that
resizes the active window to dimensions given to the program
as parameters'

So if I want to resize to x,y the shortcut should be what
assuming that wsize is at
C:\Program Files\Sizer\wsize.exe

I've looked at examples for Regedit & Image4windows & tried
"C:\Program Files\Sizer\wsize.exe" /x y
"C:\Program Files\Sizer\wsize.exe" /x /y
"C:\Program Files\Sizer\wsize.exe" /x,y
"C:\Program Files\Sizer\wsize.exe" x y
without success.

Author did not respond to my email & googling got specific
parameters for mostly MS apps.

Comments/suggestions/corrections appreciated.
Your help is MUCH appreciated.
Thanks- bye- Larry

Any advise given is my attempt to show appreciation for all
the excellent help I've received here but I'm no MVP so it
may only apply NUGS (Normally, Usually, Generally, Sometimes :)

Provided that you're talking about this bundle in particular, the author
doesn't mention any command line (!) parameters:
http://www.brianapps.net/hotkeyplus/ (excerpt)

| Hot Key Plus is bundled with a couple of extra programs, sstart.exe
| and wsize.exe.
| ...
| wsize.exe is a program that resizes the active window to dimensions
| given to the program as parameters. By default Hot Key Plus is
| configured to use: ... ^^^^^^^^^^^^

You *might* be better off when using this tool:

clearly command line parameters = parameters in
'wsize.exe is a program that resizes the active window to
dimensions given to the program as parameters'. Indeed its
working 4 me now being started from a macro processor but
I'd like to tell others how to use it via a shortcut.
The question has merit in general. Like this will open
Display Properties : "C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe"
'C:\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\desk.cpl",Display' give or take some
',", or blanks :) which if I knew the syntax I could figure
out.

I tried that but I prefer to resize from hotkeys-now
Win+Num8 resizes to 800x600 on my PC
