Format of Received E-Mail Messages

Is there any way to change the format of received e-mail messages? I am
having trouble printing received messages in HTML format and would like to
change the format of these messages to plain text, which I can print fine.
When I print HTML messages the right and left margins get cut-off. No such
problem with plain text.

Which version of Outlook? Outlook 2002SP1 and 2003 support automatically
changing the format, with other versions you'll need to open the message and
choose Edit, Edit message and change the format from the Format menu.

For Outlook 2002 SP1, see http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/plain_text.htm

From inside the formatted message, click Format, Plain Text. Or you can press and hold down Ctrl, Shift, then the letter o, and click Yes to change to plain text.

Thank you for the reply. You were right on the money. I have been posting
here for two months trying to resolve the problem of printing e-mails
received in HTML format.
Until your response, no one could help me.

Thank you for the response. After several months of trying to find an
answer, you and the poster before you finally steered me in the right
direction. I really appreciate it.
